Your hair purchase will count as your deposit.

STANDARD DEPOSIT

All standard services require a $30 non-refundable deposit.

✨ LATE + CANCELLATION POLICY

• 15-minute grace period

• Appointment canceled after 30 minutes late

• Same-day reschedule: $25 fee

• Same-day cancellation: 50% of service

• No call / no show: Charged 100% of service

✔ Shampoo + Blow Dry included with every service
✔ You’re welcome to bring your laptop to work or relax
✔ Natural hair must be at least ear length
✔ Complimentary cocktails + snacks
✔ You’re free to record content during your service

DON’TS

✖ No extra guests or children
✖ Beauty supply store bundles or gold band bundles are not accepted
✖ No need to drop off lace or hair beforehand
✖ I do not fix or work over another stylist’s install
✖ No outside products unless prescribed by a dermatologist

✨ PAYMENT POLICY

• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable

• Remaining balance is due in cash or debit

• Card reader available (tap, insert, or swipe)
