Refunds & Exchanges



We want your experience to be worry-free. Refunds and exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery as long as the item is unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.


How to Request a Refund or Exchange


  1. Email us at aahaircosupport@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request return instructions.
  2. Please include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product in its original condition.
  3. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions. Refunds will not be processed without prior return authorization.

 



Return Policy



  • Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unaltered state with all original packaging intact.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  • If the item does not meet return conditions, it will be shipped back to you at your expense.
