Booking Policy

To ensure a seamless luxury experience, please review our booking requirements:

• Hair Requirements (if bringing your own):

  • Sew-Ins & Weaves: 3 bundles of AA Hair Collection hair, Outré Premium/Velvet Pack, or 100% human hair recommended.

  • Half Up, Half Down Styles: 2 bundles of AA Hair Collection hair, Outré Premium/Velvet Pack, or 100% human hair recommended.

  • Ponytails & Updos: Hair is provided.

• Deposits & Payment:

  • Standard services: $30 deposit.

  • Luxury services (layered or half up-half down): 25% of total service cost. Deposits apply toward your final balance.

  • Please ensure your email is correct and active, as payment links for appointments will be sent via email.

• Cancellations & Late Policy:

  • 24 hours’ notice required. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or late cancellations.

  • A 10-minute grace period applies; arrivals after 10 minutes may incur a $20 fee or require rescheduling.

• Service Expectations:

  • All services are tailored to your preferences. Please communicate your desired style during booking.
